NG-Ride’s goal is to help make the process of transportation simple, safe, affordable and reliable.  This solution is made up of 3 parts:

• Corporate rental
• Ad-hoc car rental
• Travels

Corporate rental: NG-Ride provides a car-as-a-service solution for large corporates and SME’s. This allows your staff have an on-demand access to transportation services either for marketing or as status cars. This can be single car requests or a shared corporate pool car service used by professionals. This can significantly reduce costs for large companies who no longer need to tie down capital on cars for marketing and / or status cars or SME’s who need safe, affordable and reliable cars for marketing.

Benefits

• Companies have access to detailed monthly reports of vehicular usage / spend by their organization and can drill down usage by the branches / units created.
• Companies do not have to tie down HUGE capital on cars. Imagine what it will cost a bank to buy 500 brand new replacement cars when they can simply hire and pay for what they use.
• Companies with large fleet are less able to optimize use of vehicles and other resources associated with those vehicles because every time there is a need by a branch for vehicles, there are idle vehicles in another unit / branch at that exact time. They pay for these idle capitals in terms of salaries of drivers, maintenance and actual loss of those deals due to unavailability of vehicles.
• The entire headache of managing vehicles, drivers, maintenance, theft of maintenance parts, neatness of vehicles etc. are all taken away to an outsourced service managed by us through one of our business solutions called NG-Ride.

Ad-hoc rentals: For ad-hoc rentals, we have all types of vehicles available for your use. This ranges from ordinary day to day vehicles, buses and other type of simple to affordable luxury vehicles at competitive prices. It offers great and exciting value to hotels (their customers and operators), churches, and schools, customers who are tired of driving and want to be driven in a decent car or for people who are just having a great day and want to take a ride in one of our luxury vehicles.

Travels: NG-Ride travels provide safe, affordable and reliable inter-state transportation service to large corporates, SME’s and individuals.

Available for customers and corporate sign-on are access to reports on trip spend with credit line options for corporate customers.

We will also be providing a partner structure that allows individuals invest by providing vehicles (not cash) for guaranteed returns while we focus on managing these vehicles, provide and manage infrastructure as well as service.

What we do

• Proper security checks will be carried out on all travelling passengers before every trip.
• Monthly safety audit and training sessions with drivers and vehicles are to be fitted with necessary safety materials. So, drivers can respond to emergency situations for safe delivery of vehicles.
• Usage of mobile phones while driving is prohibited and passenger feedback mechanism will be in place to identify erring drivers for dismissal.
• A driving recklessly hotline will be boldly written behind every vehicle so that road users can easily report drivers who are driving recklessly.
• Presence of speed limit devices in all vehicles with maximum speed set at 90km/h.
• Presence of geo-fenced trackers in all vehicles provided by vehicle partner owners.
• Extensive background checks and number tracking of all drivers. This will always keep us in the know of who they are interacting with. This will be part of the hiring conditions and all drivers must consent to this before hiring.
• Over-loading is not allowed. This will make vehicles last longer as well as reduce maintenance costs.
• Vehicles will be maintained in lien with manufacturer’s specifications and “fit for road inspections” are carried out before any trip.
